Ricky Hatton Enjoys A Spin - July 12th 2008World boxing champion Ricky Hatton enjoyed a knock-out visit, taking a spin around Poole bay in a Fountain. The ‘Hitman' was the guest of 1st4Boats ahead of his stand-up show at the Bournemouth International Centre. Hatton declared the 108mph Fountain 42 Lightning ‘fantastic' but then admitted he wasn't a great speed fan. 1st4Boats sales director John Beales said, “We were delighted to have Ricky's support for Fountain boats and for P1 Powerboats.†The boxer, alongside the stunning 1st4Boats Girls, signed autographs on the quayside before heading off, is back in training at the end of August in preparation for his IBF world welterweight fight in Las Vegas in November against Paulie Malignaggi.
